DESCRIPTION:The Annual Members Meeting of Evergreen Christian Ministries will be held on Saturday November 11th at Markham Missionary Church \nThe agenda will include: \n\nHearing and receiving the reports and statements required by the Corporations Act;\nElecting such Directors as are to be elected at such annual meeting;\nAppointing the auditor and fixing or authorizing the Board to fix his remuneration;\nReceiving the Financial Statements and the Report of the Auditor;\nApproving the operating budget of the Corporation for the next financial year; and\nThe transaction of any other business properly brought before the meeting without any notice thereof.\n\nCome be a part of the discussions that will lead our camps into the future!  All are welcome to attend\, though only members may vote on motions.
