Our Vision: That everyone who comes in contact with our camps would be impacted by the life-changing love of Jesus
Our Mission: Evergreen Christian Ministries, with the support of our church partners, provides opportunities to Experience Jesus, Experience Community, Experience Renewal and Experience Creation
Camp Mishewah is owned and operated by Evergreen Christian Ministries.
At Evergreen Christian Ministries (ECM Camps), every week is designed to deepen your faith journey, be a fun environment for all ages, and create a community where everyone feels welcome. We are a Christian camping organization, and we strive to share Jesus with campers in a variety of fun and meaningful ways. Our staff are carefully screened and trained and love serving everyone who attends the camp. Our campers come from many backgrounds; everyone is welcome! If you have questions about us or our faith please contact us. We love to talk about our camps and what we believe.
ECM also operates a partner facility at Stayner Camp, a year round retreat facility which hosts a youth day camp, 2 weeks of family camp, and seasonal campers.
Evergreen Christian Ministries is at its core a community of Christ followers. Like Jesus, we strive to welcome and serve all. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience to everyone, regardless of their beliefs, and we ultimately do so because we are driven by a love for God and what He has done in our lives. Our camps exist to share this life-changing love with everyone who we come in contact with, through both our words and actions.
To learn more about the specifics of what we believe and what we teach you can read our theological statement of beliefs, linked below, or feel free to reach out to us if you would like to know more about how we strive to follow and love like Jesus, and share that love with everyone!
ECM is a partner ministry of the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada. The EMCC is a diverse group of Canadian followers of Jesus, holding Christ at the Centre, striving to follow the Way of Jesus, and living with grace and appreciation for “unity in essentials, liberty in non-essentials, and love in all things”.
